Food Vendors will be required to have all documents submitted no later than
Friday, September 15th
Every vendor is required to attend the mandatory vendor meeting on either Thursday, September 21st or Monday, September 25th from 6-7pm.
All vendors must be setup no later than 10am on the day of the festival.
You must submit the following:
- Health Permit
- Food Manager Certificate
- Proof of Insurance
- Fall Fest Vendor Registration Form
- $100 Vendor Booth Fee
You are responsible for
knowing all the information in the vendor handbook, no exceptions. You must follow health inspection rules and guidelines. A Jessamine County Health Inspector will be on site the morning of the festival for an inspection. You are to be set up and prepared for inspector no later than 10AM on Saturday, October 22nd.
